You are required to review the terms of service and the prices page before sending your wallet
You agree that you have sent your wallet in encrypted way so that no one else other than Wallet Recovery Service can decode it
After you sent your wallet for recovery, you agree that if your wallet is recovered, the recovered fund is divided between the owner of the wallet and the Wallet Recovery Service based on the conditions mentioned on Prices page.
Therefore, before sending your wallet you must review the terms of service and the prices page
If a wallet has more than one owner, all the owners must send us email and confirm that they willfully have reached a consensus to let Wallet Recovery Service start recovery operation on their wallet.
As wallet recovery Service, we will try our best to unlock your wallet and recover your lost fund. we will get our machines work on your wallet as far as it is logical for us.that is to say its on our sole discretion to let our machines work on a wallet or stop the operation. therefore, whenever we notice that cracking a wallet password is taking more than usual, we may decide to stop the machine on that wallet.
After we receive your wallet, we start recovery operation on your wallet. And since we are consuming our servers powers on your wallet, you don't have the right and permission to send over your wallet to other recovery services. However, if cracking your wallet by our service took more than one your or our search exhausted, or we stopped our servers on your wallet, you can send over your wallet to other recovery services.

Once you sent your wallet, on its sole discretion, Wallet Recovery Service will set one or several of its machines on the wallet. Therefore, after you have sent your wallet, you cannot drawback from wallet recovery service on your wallet since our machines have already spent massive amount of hash-power on that.
Wallet Recovery Service has right and on its sole discretion to change or terminate a part or all of its services temporarily or permanently and without liability to you. Wallet recovery service has full right to modify terms and conditions of service and encourages you to frequently review the conditions to ensure you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of our service
